By accessing or using SportsVerse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
SportsVerse is a social platform for athletes that provides performance tracking, challenges, recruiting connections, and brand-building tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SportsVerse. Children under 13 may not create an account, and accounts we discover belong to someone under 13 will be deleted. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you and agrees to them on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You retain ownership of content you post on SportsVerse. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content within the Platform, and to create formatted versions of it (for example, highlight clips or thumbnails) in order to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already shared within the Platform or that we must keep for legal reasons. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it, including the permission of anyone shown in your photos or videos.
SportsVerse has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, send, or share content that is harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way; that promotes violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, or doping; that impersonates others; that is spam or a scam; or that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property. You also agree not to manipulate challenges, leaderboards, or votes, fake results, or violate any applicable law.
Never ask a minor for personal contact information, photos, or to move a conversation off the Platform. We report child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.
You can report any post, comment, message, or profile, and block any user, from the menu on that content or profile. Blocked users can't message you or see your content. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it. You can also email reports to support@sportsverse.io.
We may review, remove, or restrict any content, and warn, suspend, or permanently terminate any account, that we believe violates these Terms or puts others at risk — with or without notice. Repeat or severe violations (including any abuse involving minors) result in permanent removal. You may delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete account.
Training plans, nutrition estimates, Overall ratings, form and film analysis, AI coach responses, and other information in SportsVerse are for general informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. AI-generated output can be inaccurate. Talk to a coach, trainer, or doctor before starting or changing a training program or diet, and stop any activity that causes pain. Use the Service at your own risk.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
If you downloaded SportsVerse from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and SportsVerse, not Apple. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), and where these Terms conflict with it, the Standard EULA applies to the extent required. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
